Realtor Investor Specialist For Land Trusts In The Northeast

Is there a Realtor, preferably from the Northeast, who is making land trust purchase strategies work consistently for quality investor clients? With the upcoming severe restrictions from Fannie and Freddie Mac on investor purchasing, a workable alternative to the mainstream is sorely needed. As a member of my local REIA, and being quite accomplished in mainstream approaches now under threat, I'm quite willing to share commissions repeatedly and over the long term in return for mentoring in an alternative method that might actually work for serious investors looking to build wealth.

Richard, you may want to contact Kathleen Scanlon, New York Attorney. She is very experienced in such transactions and is a regular poster here on the NARS Board.
