I was born in NF. Go back for a week or two every year. It's a risky area to invest in. Limited jobs and high U/E. It's been going down hill since I was in high school (1976).
I have connections there if you need boots on the ground. Give me a call...if you wish to receive my two cents on the good, bad & ugly of the area.
